Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final — Made Just for You All products in our store are custom-made to order through print-on-demand production. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

We strongly encourage you to review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund at our discretion, depending on the situation.

Allergic Reactions & Skin Sensitivities We recommend all customers carefully review the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitive skin. We also recommend performing a patch test before full use.

If you experience an allergic reaction, please discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and details of your experience. We will review each case individually and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Moniq's Glow & Go is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review product ingredients prior to purchase.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 30 days so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Made-to-Order Notice All products are printed on demand specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Size Ordered As a goodwill gesture, we may offer a one-time store credit for sizing issues. Please reach out and we'll do our best to help.

Return Shipping For any non-defective returns approved at our discretion, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
